Link OT adheres to the principles of occupational therapy (OT), which include teaching skills for the job of living. The everyday tasks that an individual performs that are meaningful to him/her can be defined as occupations, or activities of daily living (ADL's).

Specifically, Link OT provides support for neurodistinct client in:

  • Analysis and interpretation of career aptitude and interests.
  • Lifeskills.
  • Executive functioning.
  • Sensory integration, including dyspraxia.
  • Self-awareness and self-advocacy.
  • Secondary/Post-secondary education and/or workplace preparedness.
